Exchange Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Exchange Procedure
To initiate an exchange, customers must contact Shirtage customer support team via WhatsApp at +92 3020354241 with their order details and reason for exchange. Once approved, the item(s) must be sent back to the company’s warehouse using a courier service.
Reasons Accepted for Exchange/Return
We accept exchange or return requests for the following reasons: Incorrect item or size delivered Manufacturing defects (such as torn fabric, faulty stitching, or printing errors) Size-related issues
Items Not Eligible for Exchange/Return
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned: Customized or altered products Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling Items with any applied fragrance (such as perfume, itar, body spray, or scents)
Return & Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory product, you may request a return and refund by following the process below.
Return Process
1. Request Submission
Contact Shirtage via WhatsApp at +92 3020354241 with your order details and clear photos of the item(s) to initiate your request.
2. Approval
Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions to send the parcel through a courier service.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the issue is caused by our error (wrong item, defect, or damage), delivery charges will be covered by us.
4. Inspection & Processing
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If approved, an exchange or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to reflect the amount.
